This Term all grade 5/6 students had a choice of what sport they wanted to do. This term the sport choices were cricket, softball, sideline Basket Ball, volleyball And hockey.

The sport I chose was cricket. In cricket your team has a Baller, baters and fielders. To win you have to hit the ball run to each side where the other bater is.

Are you ready for term 4? 

In class we had a great end to are term. We started with Footy Day, Footy day is a whole school celebrated thing where the whole school has fun playing in their year level.

The grade 5/6’s were the first to go outside and have fun. Before we can play games we got into groups of are house colour. The house colour I was in was blue. Every colour went to different rotation based on footy.

So at the end of the day I give you a BIG fairwell goodbye, until next time.

Introduction

This two weeks so far I have learnt skills in maths, literacy and writing. I have learnt different stuff in each day and enjoyed doing work with other people.

In maths I have learnt how to budget money in stores.what we needed to do was get ingredient and get a total amount of money. Once you get your ingredients you sell them and try get a better profit of it. I also learnt how to times food into half , quarter and more.

In literacy I have learnt how to connect with the book by reading it, writing  it and sharing it with others. The book I was reading was my life and other stuff that went wrong. In the book their is a boy named Tom Weekly who is telling a story about their life.

In writing I have learnt how to write neat and faster and also have learnt to prof write over it. When you write you need to make sure that you are not using words that sound the same but spelled differently.
